Motorists travelling on Willow Grove Street between Pine St and Brook Hollow Dr Today, November 23 from 4:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. can expect traffic delays due to the Holiday Lights Festival at Hackettstown Medical Center. There will also be NO PARKING on Willow Grove St (Route 604) from Bilby Rd (Route 665) to Cindy Terrace; both sides. Any vehicles parked in NO PARKING areas will be ticketed and towed. Anyone attending the event should utilize the Hackettstown Medical Center’s parking lots (651 Willow Grove St). The fireworks are scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m.
