* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* AFFECTED AREAS: MCDOWELL MOUNTAINS ... MITCHELL ... CALDWELL MOUNTAINS ... AVERY ... YANCEY ... BURKE MOUNTAINS
