Tryon Police requesting public's assistance in locating vehicle involved in hit and run causing property damage... 
The Tryon Police Dept. is seeking assistance from the public in locating the suspect in a hit and run causing property damage. On November 20,2019 at 8pm, the Tryon Police responded to what was reported as a "loud crash" in the Lockhart Rd area near West Howard St.
When Officers arrived there were no persons or vehicles on the scene, however, there was debris from the vehicle left in the roadway. Witnesses stated that a blue in color Chevrolet Impala had struck the rock wall and left the scene.
After examining the debris left behind, we are seeking assistance in locating the following vehicle: an early 2000's (most likely 2006) Chevrolet Impala, blue in color, with heavy front end damage, and also possible damage to the rear of the vehicle.
