Crimes Against Children Detectives arrested Jessie Robles for possession and distribution of child pornography

LOCATION: City of Victorville
SUSPECT: Jessie Robles, 28 years old, resident of Victorville
SUMMARY:
Investigators from the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department, Crimes Against Children Division (CAC), began an investigation into a cyber tip that was reported by an Electronic Service Provider (ESP). The cyber tip contained various images and videos of child pornography. Through investigation, investigators determined the ESP account belonged to the suspect, Jessie Robles.
On Wednesday, November 20, 2019, personnel from the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department, Specialized Enforcement Detail (SED), Victorville Sheriff’s Station and Crimes Against Children Division, contacted Robles in the city of Victorville. At the end of an interview with Robles, he was arrested for possession of child pornography and distribution of child pornography. Robles was subsequently booked into High Desert Detention Center and bail was set at $250,000.
