Green Bay Police actively searching for kidnap victim and suspect 
At 0441 Green Bay Police responded to Hansen's Frozen Foods, 930 Goodward Way, for an abduction/kidnapping. Responding officers found that Luis Cardona had kidnapped his ex-girlfriend Babette Caraballo at gun point from this location. Luis left with Babette in a black SUV. Police have had previous contacts with Luis and Babette in domestic violence reports.

If anyone sees or has information on Luis or Babette call 911 immediately. Do not approach as Luis is considered armed and dangerous.
