YOUMANS AVE RESIDENTS SHOULD PLACE SOLID WASTE CURBSIDE THE NIGHT BEFORE FOR THE DURATION OF UTILITY WORK 
In order to ensure that there are no conflicts between the utility work on Youmans Avenue and solid waste pickup, residents should place containers curbside the night before each collection date for the duration of the work. Solid waste (vegetative, recycling, and garbage) will be picked up by the contractor earlier than normal until the utility work is completed.
