INCIDENT: 459 PC Residential Burglary
LOCATION: 114800 Block of Lake Blvd. Havasu Lake, Ca.
SUSPECT(S): Susan Yuskiewicz, a 49-year-old female resident of Ranch Cucamonga
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On November 18, 2019, at approximately 12:34 am, deputies from the Colorado River Station, responded to the area of the 114800 block of Lake Blvd, Havasu Lake, regarding a radio call of a Panic Alarm activation. While enroute to the incident location, Deputies received information that the homeowner, who was at a different location, was alerted that someone was at their house, by their RING Doorbell camera and motion cameras at the incident location.
Upon arrival, deputies located a female later identified as Susan Yuskiewicz walking away from the incident location.
Investigation revealed that Yuskiewicz entered the victim's residence without permission, stole and consumed alcoholic beverages while inside.
Yuskiewicz was arrested for residential burglary. She was transported to the Needles Jail and booked for residential burglary. Yuskiewicz' bail was set at $50,000.00 and is currently in custody awaiting her court date.
