Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Fourth Precinct Crime Section officers are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the woman who stole merchandise from a Commack store earlier this month.

A woman stole $65 worth of jewelry and makeup from Kohl’s, located at 45 Crooked Hills Road, on November 5 at approximately 6:50 p.m. The woman fled in a 2010 gray Nissan Altima with New Hampshire license plate 3480996.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
