On October 23rd 2019 at approximately 1955 hours, a Camarillo resident saw a male suspect rummaging through her unlocked vehicle which was parked in the driveway of a residence in the 1400 Block of N. Gracia Street in the city of Camarillo. The resident ran outside, yelling at the suspect while she called 911.
