Traffic lights out at intersection of Sir Francis Drake Blvd at Bella Vista Ave. fronting the Red Hill Shopping Center. 
Due to an earlier power outage for a small area of San Anselmo, the traffic signal at the intersection of Sir Francis Drake Blvd at Bella Vista Ave. fronting the Red Hill Shopping Center is not functioning. Please approach this intersection as an all-way stop and treat every entrance to this intersection as if controlled by a stop sign. PG&E and San Anselmo Department of Public Works are working to fix these traffic signals.
