SUMMARY: In October of 2018, Fontana Sheriff's Station received a We-Tip from an anonymous informant that prostitution was taking place at businesses who were advertising as massage parlors in San Bernardino County.
Through extensive surveillance and undercover operations, investigators obtained probable cause to serve a search warrant at both locations; one in Colton and one in Bloomington. Investigators located multiple subjects at the Colton location, two of whom were arrested for charges related to prostitution. No one was contacted at the Bloomington location. Investigators located evidence that both locations were operated by the same individual(s). Evidence of sex trafficking was located at both businesses.
