INCIDENT: HS 11364 – Possession of Unlawful Paraphernalia
HS 11377 - Possession of a Controlled Substance
LOCATION: 9800 Block of Highland Ave.
SUSPECT: Jerry Huff, 41-years-old of Rancho Cucamonga
SUMMARY:
On Wednesday, November 13, 2019, deputies from the Rancho Cucamonga Police Department responded to a call of a suspicious male possibly breaking into vehicles. As deputies were arriving on scene, the suspect fled the area in his vehicle and turned off his lights as he turned onto Alta Loma Dr. Deputies followed the suspect and conducted a traffic stop. Deputies contacted the suspect in his vehicle where he was found with his shorts down to his ankles. The suspect was identified as Jerry Huff and a records check revealed he was on probation. A search of his vehicle was done and deputies located methamphetamine, a glass pipe and an air soft rifle. Huff was arrested and booked at the West Valley Detention Center.
