The Office of Emergency Management has reported a transformer issue at 15th and Garden Streets. Power is out in regions north of 11th Street. Elysian Charter School has been temporarily evacuated to Harborside Park and Wallace School has been temporarily evacuated to the High School. Residents are asked to avoid entering or exiting Hoboken by the north.
