NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION
CONCRETE AND CURBING IMPROVEMENTS

Construction is currently on-going on Wakefield Place and will continue through Wednesday, November 27, 2019.

Except for emergencies, all work will be performed between 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Depending upon conditions, some work may be required on Saturdays.

There will be “No Parking” on Wakefield Place during the construction. If you need access to your residence during construction hours, you must park on another street and walk to your residence. Driveway aprons and sidewalks will be affected during the construction.

Overnight parking will be allowed on Wakefield Place and all side streets surrounding Wakefield Place. (i.e. Welshman Court, Ella Road, Park Avenue and Central Avenue). If you park your vehicle on Wakefield Place overnight, you must have your vehicle off the road by 7:00 AM the next day. Overnight parking enforcement will be suspended in this area.

You will have uninterrupted weekend access to your homes. An officer will be on site during the construction times.
