At the conclusion of last Monday night’s football game at Levi’s Stadium, a male suspect was arrested for vandalizing a statue of Joe Montana. A security officer witnessed suspect Jorge Alberto Lopez grab onto the face mask of the statue and pull it off. The suspect was subsequently booked into County jail on a charge of felony vandalism.
Lopez is a resident of Santa Clara. A booking photo of him is attached below.
