LOCATION: 15800 block of Mojave Drive, Victorville
SUSPECT(S): Joshua Lindsey, 22-year old Victorville resident

SUMMARY: On November 12, 2019, deputies from the Victorville Police Department were dispatched to an assault which had just occurred at Circle K, in the 15800 block of Mojave Drive.
Upon arrival, deputies discovered the suspect, 22-year old Joshua Lindsey, entered the store, grabbed some alcohol, and exited the store without paying. An employee followed the suspect out of the store and saw him drop some of the alcohol. After the employee returned to the store, the suspect followed and punched the employee before fleeing.
Deputies located Lindsey minutes later while responding to a disturbance call in which he was harassing and threatening security personnel at Winco, on Roy Rogers Drive. He was arrested and booked at the High Desert Detention Center for robbery and assault. He is scheduled to appear in Victorville Superior Court on November 14, 2019.
