Probationer arrested on drug charge 
Lt. Chris Taylor of the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office charged Joshua Fitzgerald Collins, 34, address listed as U.S. 70 East in Marion, with possession with intent to sell and deliver methamphetamine.
On Wednesday, Oct. 23, Taylor aided state probation and parole officers with a search of Collins’s home. Collins is on probation, which subjects him to warrantless searches.
Authorities came away with 3.5 grams of methamphetamine.
