Sheriff Richard J. Behnke, reports that on 11/11/2019 at approximately 2018 hours his office was called to investigate a personal injury crash that occurred on M60 near Barron Lake Rd., Howard Township, Cass County Michigan. Jennie Myland, 40 y/o resident of Niles, MI was driving Southwest on M60 when she lost control of her vehicle and crossed into the path of an 18-wheeler heading the same direction. Ms. Myland did not sustain any injuries, a teenage female had a minor injury and was transported to Lakeland Niles Hospital. The truck driver, David Mishler, 37 y/o resident of South Bend, IN did not sustain any injuries. Seatbelts were worn by occupants of both vehicles.
