Subject: Felony OWI Arrest
On Sunday, November 10, 2019 at around 6:45 AM the Sun Prairie Police Department received a report of an unconscious person in a vehicle at the intersection of West Main Street and Bird Street in the City of Sun Prairie, WI. Sun Prairie Police Officers made contact with the vehicle at this location. Jason Pollock was identified as the driver of the vehicle. Pollock, age 41 of Sun Prairie, was subsequently arrested for Operating While Intoxicated - 10th Offense, a felony. Pollock was booked into the Dane County Jail on a felony OWI charge, operating after revocation, and a probation and parole hold.
Pursuant to the directive of the Wisconsin Supreme Court, as found in Supreme Court Rule 20:3.6, Trial Publicity, you are advised that a charge is merely an accusation and that a defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
