* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow will begin by this evening, with snow changing to freezing rain early Tuesday morning near Haines. The snow will change to freezing rain in the Chilkat Valley during the late morning and early afternoon, with the changeover reaching the Canadian border by Tuesday evening. The freezing rain will eventually change to all rain.
