Incident Summary:
On November 2, 2019 at 3:04 pm, an unknown suspect took an electric bicycle from the victim’s driveway on Kingfish Court in Petaluma. The suspect was captured on video surveillance camera as she walked by the residence pulling a green wagon. The suspect stood in front of the house on the sidewalk for a moment prior to walking up the driveway. The suspect than loaded the contents of her wagon into the saddle bags of the electric bike and rode away.
The suspect is described as an unknown race female in her twenties. The electric bicycle is a Yuba El Mundo electric bicycle with a black and silver battery pack. A photo of the suspect and the bicycle are attached.
