Traffic Delays on SH 78 Tomorrow

We will have an 18 wheeler carrying a large and over sized a water tank, through our city, tomorrow, 11/5/19. The tank will be entering our Southern city limits on SH 78 from Garland.
Due to the size of the cargo it will be driving slow and may have to travel on the wrong side of the road in certain areas. This will likely cause some traffic delays.
It will not arrive in town until around 1:00 pm. This storage tank will travel Northbound on 78 into Wylie.
