Two people have been arrested and charged in connection to a murder that occurred at 6825 Buckridge East Drive on October 25,2019

Community Message: INDIANAPOLIS- October 31,2019, The Marion County Prosecutors Office announced formal charges against 17-year-old Daniel Crockett who is being charged as an adult and 18-year-old Antonio Carter. Both are facing Murder and Robbery Charges for the stabbing death of 18-year-old Nathan Henry of Indianapolis.

A charge of a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.






INCIDENT TYPE: Homicide
INCIDENT LOCATION: 6800 Buckridge E. Rd.
 
INDIANAPOLIS -  On October 25, 2019, just after 2:00 a.m., Southeast District officers were dispatched to the 6800 block of Buckridge E. Rd. on a report of a person stabbed.  When officers arrived, they could not locate the injured person. While officers were on scene they were advised that a male had been dropped off to an area hospital. A short time later, officers were informed that the male had died from his injuries.
 
Homicide detectives responded and immediately began canvassing the area for witnesses.  Preliminarily, detectives located several people who were alleged to be involved. All were detained and taken Downtown for questioning. Detectives believe this is an isolated incident.   
 
Indianapolis-Marion County Forensic Services Agency responded to assist in identifying and collecting potential forensic evidence. The Marion County Coroner’s Office will be assisting and will determine the exact manner and cause of death. The MCCO will release the name of the deceased once proper next-of-kin notification has been made.
