Advisory

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 2 PM THURSDAY TO 8 AM EDT FRIDAY...

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. Expect some power outages due to tree branches falling on power lines.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds will become strong and gusty during the afternoon and continue into the evening.
