* WHAT...Southeast winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph, with the strongest gusts below the base of the Tehachapi Mountains and far southeast side of the San Joaquin Valley. Winds will gradually weaken tonight.
* WHERE...Lamont, Arvin, Bakersfield and other nearby locations in the south end of the San Joaquin Valley.
* WHEN...Until Midnight tonight.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds are expected to blow down trees and power lines. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Gusty winds are expected to blow around unsecured objects. Blowing dust may reduce visibilities. Travel will likely be difficult, particularly for high profile vehicles, such as campers and tractor trailers.
