The Los Angeles Fire Department is announcing the repopulation of areas impacted by the Getty Fire.

Effective October 30, 2019 at 5:00PM, All Mandatory Evacuation orders and Warnings are lifted with the exception of the areas between:

This link can be used to assist in determining if a property is in an area that has been repopulated or remains closed: https://www.lafd.org/news/getty-fire

Simply visit the link and enter an address in the search field in the upper right corner of the map and press enter. Red indicates the area is still closed and unsafe to return.

The Fire Incident Command continues to monitor the affected fire areas, as well as those areas remaining closed due to critical infrastructure concerns or safety hazards. The Los Angeles Police Department has a strong presence in the repopulated and evacuated areas for the next several days to ensure the protection of our residents and their property.

Information and tips regarding returning home after an evacuation can be found at www.mysafela.org/recovery/

Your Los Angeles City Fire Department thanks you for your patience during this difficult time.
