On October 30, 2019 San Luis Obispo Police Department Detectives received information about a subject living in the 600 block of Grande Ave. in the City of SLO who may be in possession of materials used to make explosives. With assistance from the San Luis Obispo County Bomb Task Force a search warrant was served at the man’s apartment.
