The designated trick-or-treating hours in the City of Lockport will be on Thursday, October 31 from 4-7 p.m. as previously planned.
In light of the weather, please make sure to bundle up your little ghosts and goblins. Their warmth is the most important thing. If you have snow or slush on your sidewalks, please consider removing it so that our children will have a safe path to follow and will not be tempted to walk in the street.
Please make sure to be extra cautious while driving on Halloween. With the increased number of pedestrians, our officers will be strictly enforcing traffic laws to keep everyone safe.
