Narcotics Arrest

ACCUSED: Ethan Haacker 24 year old Male / Ocean Township, NJ
NARRATIVE:
Ocean Township Detectives Orbach and Brady observed a vehicle driving erratically and conducted a motor vehicle stop in the Oakhurst section of the Township. The driver was identified as Ethan Haacker of Oakhurst. Detective Orbach observed Mr. Haacker attempting to conceal narcotics in his sock as he approached the vehicle. Haacker was removed from the vehicle and placed under arrest. He was charged with Possession of CDS (Heroin).
