Police are asking for the public's help to locate Genaro Mendez, 84 years old, who was last seen on foot near WalMart in Folsom. Mr. Mendez is at-risk due to dementia. He is white, 5,03", 140 lbs and he was last seen wearing a black and orange giants hat, white shirt, tan pants, tan jacket, and black shoes. His photo is attached.
