MBPD Trunk or Treat start in less than 30 minutes. Get the kiddos dressed up in their costumes and come down to the Manhattan Beach City Hall, PD/FD parking lot off 15th Street to trunk or treat. We even brought out a spooky SWAT truck! We will be here until the candy is gone!
