Cedar Lane between Elm Avenue and Garrison Avenue will be reduced to one lane on Halloween from 4 pm to 6 pm for trick or treating 
On Halloween, the Teaneck Police Department advises you to expect delays on Cedar Lane between Elm Avenue and Garrison Avenue due to traffic calming measures.
On Thursday, October 31, 2019, between the hours of 4:00pm and 6:00pm, the Cedar Lane Management Group will be hosting their annual Halloween Trick or Treat event on Cedar Lane. In order to ensure the safety of motorists and pedestrians alike, Cedar Lane, eastbound and westbound, will be reduced to one lane (inside lane) of vehicular travel in both directions between Garrison Avenue and Elm Avenue for the duration of the event.
