700 Block of Stedman will close, 6am on 10/29 for about 10 min during blasting in rock pit by Community Connections. 
The City of Ketchikan advises residents to AVOID the 700 block of Stedman St tomorrow 10/29 between 5:00am and 6:15am due to blasting at the rock quarry. Traffic on Stedman St. will experience short delays and restricted traffic during this time. Complete road closure is expected to last no more than 10 minutes at approximately 6am during the blast.
