A Spare the Air alert has been issued for today, Monday, October 28 and has been extended to tomorrow Tuesday, October 29 due to the smoke impacts from local wildfires.
With air quality being impacted by the current fires, here are a few tips to stay safe & healthy:
- Close doors/windows
- Limit time outdoors
- Do not use fireplaces
- If using a mask, look for “N95” or “P100” or “NIOSH”
- Bring pets inside
