* WHAT...Northeast winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 60 mph. Isolated gusts to 70 mph in the wind prone mountain areas.
* WHERE...The Santa Ana Mountains and Foothills, and the Inland Empire below the Cajon Pass.
* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to noon PDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
* AFFECTED AREAS: SANTA ANA MOUNTAINS AND FOOTHILLS ... SAN BERNARDINO AND RIVERSIDE COUNTY VALLEYS-THE INLAND EMPIRE
