- 30305(a)(1) PC Felon in possession of ammunition
- 25850(c)(3) PC Gang member in possession of loaded firearm
- Ramos, Julio Jr, a 36 year old Pomona Resident
- The Pomona Police Department Major Crimes Task Force (MCTF)
- The California Highway Patrol- Baldwin Park Office
Narrative:
On Friday October 25, 2019, around 8:46 PM, members of the Pomona Police Department's Major Crimes Task Force (MCTF) were working a gang suppression detail within the City of Pomona.
Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area San Bernardino and Palmgrove Av. on Suspect Ramos. Through gathered intelligence and armed with a search warrant, Officers responded to the Suspect’s residence and served a search warrant in the 700 Block of Lincoln Av. During a search of the residence, Officers located four handguns to include one assault rifle. Officers also located several live ammunition rounds of various calibers.
As a result of the items recovered during the search warrant, Suspect Ramos was placed under arrest on the above listed charges.
