* WHERE...In Virginia, Tazewell, Smyth and Grayson Counties. In North Carolina, Ashe and Watauga Counties. In West Virginia, Mercer, Summers and Western Greenbrier Counties.

* WHEN...From 10 AM this morning to 10 AM EDT Sunday. The winds may be the strongest tonight into Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* AFFECTED AREAS: ASHE ... WESTERN GREENBRIER ... WATAUGA ... MERCER ... GRAYSON ... TAZEWELL ... SMYTH ... SUMMERS
