In closing, pursuant to the California Vehicle Code, remember to treat a non-working traffic signal-controlled intersection as if it were controlled by 4 way stop signs. Please use caution when proceeding through those intersections and watch for other motorists, cyclists, and pedestrians. Also, it is likely that railroad arms may not function in the impacted areas of San Leandro. Use extreme caution and come to a complete stop, looking both ways, before crossing over the railroad tracks.
