PGE Announces Oct 26 Power Shutoff
IMPORTANT COMMUNITY ADVISORY
The Town of Danville has been informed that Contra Costa County will be part of a large Public Safety Power Shut Off initiated by PG&E starting at 10:00 p.m., Saturday, October 26, 2019 and concluding at 2:00 p.m., Monday October 28, 2019.
Based upon preliminary information provided by PG&E, approximately 1,300 homes and/or businesses within Danville Town limits are expected to be without power during this time. Residents and businesses are urged to take necessary preparedness steps to be without power.

PUBLIC SAFETY REMINDER: When traffic signals are dark (non-operational), per California Vehicle Code motorists should treat those intersections as four-way stops. Please use caution, and watch for other motorists, cyclists, and pedestrians.
