Olde New Jersey Avenue from Spruce Avenue through 2nd Avenue will be closed starting at 3:00 PM for the Halloween Trunk or Treat Block Party starting on Saturday, October 26, 2019. The event runs from 5:30 PM until 7:00 PM. The side streets in this area will also be closed until 8:00 PM.
Spruce Avenue and 2nd Avenue will remain open. Expect higher volume of pedestrians in the area. Attendees are reminded to always cross at corners, within marked crosswalks where available. Motorists are reminded to stop for pedestrians in marked crosswalks and be alert for pedestrians at all times.
