Due to the weather this afternoon into tomorrow, Tilcon will begin paving Thursday, October 24th.  Tilcon will begin paving operations on West Stewart Street between North Lincoln Avenue and Belvidere Avenue and then move on to North Prospect Street mid-morning in order to minimize any impact to either pickup or drop off at Memorial School.  Residents should utilize Carlton Avenue to McDonald Street or Route 57 to North Prospect Street.  It is expected that the following paving projects will be completed by Monday, October 28th:

• North Prospect Street (Route 57 to Carlton)
• West Warren Street (Grand to McDonald)
• West Stewart Street (North Lincoln to Belvidere)
• Robin Road (Flower to Sunrise)
• Gibson Place (McKinley to McKinley)
• Van Buren Street (Adams to McKinley)

In addition, New Jersey American Water will begin work in the vincinity of the Norfolk Southern Railroad tracks on Broad Street tomorrow, Wednesday, October 23rd.  Broad Street will remain open with some minor lane shifting.  This work will complete NJAW's main upgrade, and once finished, Broad Street will be repaved curb to curb from the southern boundary of the Borough north to approximately Monroe Street.
