Road work on eastbound Rosecrans will continue until November 18, 2019. 
The City of Manhattan Beach, Public Work Department will be performing Slurry Seal on the eastbound lanes and partial section of the westbound lanes of Rosecrans Avenue from Highland Avenue to Sepulveda Boulevard. Work will begin on Wednesday, October 23, 2019, and it is tentatively scheduled to be completed by Monday, November 18, 2019. This work will occur weekdays, between 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM. There will be restricted vehicle access to the roadway, parking and driveways while the Project is underway and for some period of time that may extend beyond 5:00 PM after the slurry seal coating has been applied. Striping removal: 2 DAYS; October 23 - October 24, 2019
Crack Seal: 1 DAY; October 28, 2019
Slurry Seal Application: 2 DAYS; October 29 - October 30, 2019
Striping: 5 DAYS; November 12 - November 15 and November 18, 2019
