CHPD announces that construction for the Chapel Avenue project will begin 7:00 am 10/21. Expect delays and consider planning an alternative route. It is a long term project and will encompass the length of Chapel Avenue starting at Kings Highway going to Haddonfield Road. All businesses will be open during the construction.
