The Sheboygan Police Department is seeking the public's help in identifying a vehicle involved in a hit and run that occurred at S. 12th St and Broadway Ave, on 10/11/19. The suspect told the victim told to wait and then left. The suspect vehicle is possibly an older Honda sedan. The entire rear plastic bumper on the suspect vehicle is missing prior to the accident, exposing the steel bumper.
