The Corcoran Police Department would like to congratulate Corporal Daniel McAlister on his graduation from the California Peace Officers’ Association Leadership Development Course. The Leadership Development Course provides officers with building blocks to grow into leadership positions within their organizations. The course provides the officer a foundation for individual and organizational growth through studying and analyzing several readings, utilizing nationally recognized self-assessment profiles and introspective group activities. Corporal McAlisters' graduation on October 18, 2019, was the culmination of his hard work and dedication throughout this course, and exemplifies his commitment to professionalism and continuous personal growth.
