Wilmington Police arrest two on drug and weapons offenses: 
Wilmington Police have arrested two men on drug and weapons offenses.
On October 17 at approximately 10:30 p.m., members of the Safe Streets Task Force conducted a vehicle stop in the 200 block of North Broom Street for a traffic infraction.
The driver, 20-year-old Michael Feliciano, was found to be in possession of a loaded 9mm handgun and marijuana. The passenger, 18-year-old Misaun Drummond of New Castle, was found to be in possession of marijuana. Both subjects were taken into custody without incident.
Drummond was issued a summons for Possession of Marijuana and released.
Feliciano was charged with the following offenses, in addition to several traffic violations:
- Possession of a Firearm by a Person Prohibited
- Carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon
- Possession of Marijuana
