Lincoln Ave between Mt.Vernon St & Hackensack Ave will be a Hard Closure that starts at 8a until 4p.
Any vehicles left on the roadway may be ticketed and/or towed from the area. You will be able to drop students off at Lincoln School, but keep in mind it will potentially be a slower process the usual.
