Rusty Sean Russell of San Bernardino was arrested for failure to register as an arson registrant

SUSPECT: Rusty Sean Russell, age 52 a resident of San Bernardino
SUMMARY:
On Thursday, October 17, 2019, at approximately 10:03 a.m., Deputy Olivas from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, Twin Peaks Station, saw a male adult walking up Highway 18 from San Bernardino into the mountain area. Deputy Olivas conducted a pedestrian check and contacted Rusty Russell. Russel was wanted for failing to maintain his arson registry.
Russell was arrested for PC 457.1 (Arson Registrant) and was transported to the Central Detention Center for booking.
