The public's help is needed in locating missing person, Jose Luiz Espinoza last seen at his residence in Bloomington

DESCRIPTION: 85 year-old Hispanic male, 6’0, 150 lbs., white hair
18100 block of 10th St, Bloomington - last seen wearing a gray jacket, black jeans
SUMMARY:
On Wednesday, October 16, 2019, deputies from the Fontana Sheriff's Station responded to a residence in the 18100 block of 10th Street in Bloomington regarding a missing person, Jose Luiz Espinoza.
Mr. Espinoza’s daughter reported him missing and believed he had walked away from their home sometime around 8:00 am. Mr. Espinoza suffers from dementia and requires medication. He has gone missing in the past and was located off of Mission Boulevard and Avalon Street in Jurupa, Riverside County.
