The right lane of Highway 278 eastbound between Blue Heron Point Rd and Harbour Passage on Hilton Head Island will be closed at 6:30 pm this evening due to construction. Motorists traveling eastbound Hwy 278 are encouraged to pull into the left eastbound lane of Hwy 278 prior to entering the area as well as use caution while traveling through the area.
